Return Process

2. Wait for approval and a Return Authorization Number (within 2 business days).
3. Ship the item to: Cosrea Cosplay Returns, 1946 Oakmound Road, Chicago, US 60603, including the authorization number.
4. We process refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds cover the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return, with timing depending on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days.
• PayPal: 3-5 business days.

For exchanges, if the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.
