Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your cosplay needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
• Available for orders over $50
Shipping Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Armors & Costumes – These are made specifically to your measurements and requirements
- Cosplay Wigs – Due to hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final
- Cosplay Shoes – For health and safety reasons, footwear cannot be returned
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at the time of delivery
- Items that have been altered or customized after delivery
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your items securely and ship them to:

Important: Please include your Return Authorization Number both inside the package and on the shipping label.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund
What’s Refunded
We refund the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return. If the replacement costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
